The Development will employ BEAM Plus certification for its environmental management and systems. Sustainable technology and systems include NV/BIPV solar panels, energy efficient wind turbine lampposts, a rainwater harvesting system, food decomposers, high efficiency lighting and more. Green construction materials have also been used throughout the Development. About 1,200 trees will be planted to complement the natural beauty and greenery of the area, and Oyster Bay features its own cycling track and community walkway to promote exercise and active lifestyles.
The Development will incorporate ESG concepts, integrating a variety of natural elements, low carbon measures and eco-friendly features, including breezeways and visual corridors aligned with prevailing wind directions to maximise airflow and aesthetics.
